  Tbh if I could give it 0 stars, I would do! Absolutely shocking! Went on a Sunday afternoon for carvery. Firstly we had to pay for the first round of drinks and our mains as soon as we sat down and pay for anything extra afterwards, probably cause they had so many customers not pay after having really bad food beforehand. The roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and all the veg tasted like they were all frozen, probably store brought. All the staff need training on customer service, there was no customer interaction whatsoever, didn't ask how our food was, if we wanted desserts or if we wanted the bill. We had to ask for the desert menu and to clear our table, even then our plates from the main course were still on the table when the deserts came out. Staff were just sitting around chatting with one another instead of clearing tables and made us feel awkward when walking past them to go to the toilet or having to go to them to order drinks. Nobody to give our opinion to when leaving either or nobody thanked us for our custom.

  OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD APART FROM WAS PROMISSED A VEGETARIAN OPTION (NUT ROAST ) FOR THE WIFE AFTER 30 MINUTE DRIVE AND AFTER ORDERING THERE WAS NO NUT ROAST OPTION SO THE WIFE HAD TO HAVE JUST THE VEGE OPTIONS

  A fairly new restaurant in the centre of the town. The food choice is quite good, and they have a decent drinks selection too. The food is very good and would definitely recommend the tuna steak. Service was very polite and helpful. The only think that lets the place down is the décor of the main dining room. It is quite plain and the lighting was very bleak. But altogether a great place to eat out in the town.
