    Asked three times what my simple order was, also if I was staying in or not, and still got it wrong. I got takeaway cups to sit in even though I paid sit in prices. Order was only a hot chocolate and a mocha frappe.

    It's a nice place to go before work. Tends to be quite quiet and the staff are surprisingly cheerful in the mornings. I love the hot chocolate here and their bake goods are lovely, but I can't speak for the coffee as I'm not a coffee drinker.
